Weekly Claims Post Rebound; Jobs Market Still in Doldrums

Is it just me or does that statement sound deceiving? The word "rebounded" sounds positive, "levels consistent with modest job growth" seems to attempt to paint a perfectly normal picture of what they are reporting.

Let me clarify. Unemployment claims INCREASED by 34,000 last week to 386,000. That is BAD news, contrary to the subtle manipulation of the writer of this article.

Man, they sure are clever little liberals. The unsuspecting reader is completely oblivious to their subtle manipulations. There are books written about this sort of pseudo-hypnosis. It works and they know it.
