The fact this proposed expenditure was dropped is of course good news. What is shocking is that Washington bureaucrats thought this was a good use of taxpayer's hard earned money. More disgusting waste fraud and abuse by our government, against us the American people.

By the way, the toad sculpture - supposed art - is hideous! Really? That's art? And to think they had no problem spending $600,000 on this heinous piece of garbage along with only 2 other similar pieces of "art."
